A cuor leggero
Case Study - Lubinik
The WordPress world is full of quick tools like Elementor, Divi, Oxygen, and Gutenberg that make building websites easy but without real control over the code or performance.
I wanted to go further, to understand WordPress from the inside, structure my projects like a modern framework, and create a shared foundation for my clients that is fast, maintainable, and consistent.
Role
Full design and development of the framework: architecture, automatic addon generation, code standardization, design system, and workflow automation.
The Solution
I developed Lubinik as a custom architecture that automates the creation of WordPress addons, manages CPTs, taxonomies, shortcodes, and admin interfaces, and centralizes all configurations in a dynamic system. Each project runs on a common core that I adapt depending on the needs: showcase website, custom plugin, internal app, or full extension. The approach is code-first, clean, and modular, with no dependency on visual builders and no unnecessary code. Everything is designed to be fast, documented, and easy to maintain over time.
The Results
With Lubinik, my WordPress projects are faster to build, more stable, and more consistent. I can clone, configure, and launch a complete project in minutes while keeping full control over code and performance. It’s my technical lab, my production tool, and my professional signature, a WordPress approach based on skill, not plugins.
