Role

Full stack developer, design, development, and complete deployment of the application.

The Solution

I developed a custom web application using React (frontend), Node.js (backend), and MongoDB (database), hosted on Google Cloud. The system allows the team to register each client and device and follow the repair process through multiple stages.
Each device receives a printed label with a barcode to avoid mix-ups.

The application also manages:

  • the full repair history for each client
  • monthly and yearly invoice exports
  • real-time tracking of repairs by status

The interface is clean, fast, and designed for daily use by technical staff.

The Results

The tool is now used every day by the repair team and has completely replaced paper tracking. Device traceability is reliable, errors and losses have disappeared, and financial reports are automatically generated. RepairJob Tracker is a stable, lightweight, and scalable system that simplifies daily work while giving the workshop full visibility on its operations.
