Logo design, photo shoot, website design, WordPress development (custom theme and plugin), print materials, and digital setup.

I designed the logo based on a sketch provided by the client, exploring several color palettes before final approval. Then I carried out a full photo shoot of the apartment and prepared the images for Booking and the website. The site was developed on WordPress using my custom theme and plugin, an evolution of the system created for Da Oreste. The design is clean, elegant, and responsive, with Italian and English language management. I also created the business cards, handled the printing through an online service, and set up the Google Business profile to strengthen local visibility. Hosting and domain registration were also included in the project.

The couple now has a complete, professional showcase website, a strong visual identity, and high-quality visuals for their platforms. Their communication is consistent, both online and in print, and everything is set up for them to manage their activity independently.

2026 Update - Migrated to Lubinik

A Cuor Leggero has now been migrated to Lubinik, my custom WordPress framework.

This update does not erase the history of the project. The original version remains important because it was one of the first BnB websites that pushed me to create a dedicated theme and plugin instead of relying on generic tools. That first build helped shape the technical ideas that later became Lubinik.

For the new version, the goal was not to start from zero or change the identity of the project. The existing content, photos, accommodation information, local recommendations, booking details, and visual direction were preserved, then rebuilt on a cleaner and more maintainable foundation.

The site now runs on the Lubinik parent theme, the Lubinik core plugin, the BnB addon, and a dedicated child theme for A Cuor Leggero. This makes the structure clearer in the WordPress admin and gives the site a more stable base for future updates.

What changed:

• The accommodation content was migrated into the current Lubinik BnB content model.
• Room details, galleries, services, amenities, restaurants, attractions, booking links, contact data, and map settings were reviewed and reorganized.
• Media references were remapped properly so the galleries continue to work in the new installation.
• The visual identity was recreated through a dedicated child theme instead of being tied to the old custom theme.
• The project is now easier to maintain, extend, and update over time.

This migration is a full-circle moment: A Cuor Leggero helped inspire the tools that became Lubinik, and now the site lives inside that system.
