Lubinik is my personal WordPress framework, a full development ecosystem I built to work like a real developer, not just a block assembler. It’s the project that allowed me to truly understand WordPress in depth: its hooks, filters, CPTs, taxonomies, shortcodes, and internal architecture. Lubinik isn’t a theme or a plugin. It’s a complete, modular, and scalable foundation that I use to build all my projects.

I’ve been a volunteer at Musi Sereni, a dog shelter in Viterbo, for almost eight years. Their old website, built on an outdated platform, hadn’t been updated in years and didn’t properly showcase the dogs available for adoption. I decided to rebuild the entire site from scratch to give them a clear, modern, and easy-to-manage tool that truly reflects the spirit of the shelter.

A Cuor Leggero is a tourist apartment in Viterbo, managed by a young couple who took over the former La Rosa Scarlata property. They had no logo, no photos, and no website. I handled the entire project, from visuals to launch, to deliver a complete identity and a modern, bilingual, and easy-to-manage website.

RepairJob Tracker is an internal repair tracking tool for a computer workshop. Before it was implemented, everything was written on a blackboard: no repair records, no client tracking, and a constant risk of losing equipment or making mistakes. The goal was to create a simple, clear, and efficient web app to register each device, follow the repair stages, and manage billing.

Passione Gatti ODV is a cat shelter run by an American living in Italy. After seeing the website I made for Musi Sereni, she contacted me to create her own, to present the cats available for adoption and share the daily life of the shelter. The project started from scratch: no logo, no visual identity, and no management tools. I built a complete, colorful, and dynamic website designed to be both informative and full of warmth.

Da Oreste is a family-run guesthouse that’s been around for decades. Their old website, built with Adobe Muse (discontinued since 2018), was no longer maintainable: outdated design, duplicated files for each language, and no easy way to make updates.

SnoutScoop is a personal project born from my passion for dogs and my curiosity about artificial intelligence. I created it as both a content site and an experimental space, a place to test, learn, and push the limits of WordPress, design, and automation. The goal was to build a complete ecosystem where code, content, and AI work together, always under human control.

Elcom is an Italian company specializing in the production of components and transformers for industrial applications. Their old website, built with Joomla more than twenty years ago, was no longer functional or representative of the company. The goal was to modernize their online presence while keeping a simple and clear structure.

Italcablaggi is an Italian company specializing in the production of cables and wiring harnesses for industrial applications. The previous website, abandoned mid-development by another provider, had never been completed or published. The goal was to take over the project, make it functional, and provide the company with a clear and professional online showcase.

TarotMina (or The Tarot of the Crazy Cows) is a project I originally created in 1996 with a friend, and have reinvented over the years in almost every programming language I’ve learned. It’s my lab project, the one I rebuild each time I explore a new technology. This React version helped me get back up to date with modern front-end and back-end development while experimenting with a modular architecture built around a reusable Python API.

TarotMina – PHP is the latest version of my long-running Tarot of the Crazy Cows project, a concept I’ve been evolving since the 1990s. This time, I chose to rebuild it entirely in PHP to return to a lighter, more controlled, and fully web-oriented approach. The project includes a Python API for the card draws and an optional AI integration to generate fun, personalized interpretations.

Diamed International is a company specializing in the distribution of medical equipment. Their visual identity and digital communication were not yet established: an outdated logo, no website, and no consistent branding. The goal was to create a professional image and a clear showcase website aligned with their activity and business needs.

La Rosa Scarlata is a bed and breakfast located in Viterbo. The owner wanted a showcase website to present her apartment, its services, and nearby attractions, without having to deal with the technical side. The project started from scratch: no logo, no photos, no content. I handled everything, from the photo shoot to the website launch, so she could have a professional and easy-to-manage online presence.
